Prostate Artery Embolization (PAE) may be an option for men with benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) who have urinary tract symptoms that aren't well controlled by medication and don't want or can't have invasive surgery. PAE can help reduce or eliminate symptoms by disrupting blood flow to the prostate, which causes it to shrink.
